Scott previously served as Associate Minister at First Baptist Church of Whiteville, NC and Minister of Youth and Family at First Baptist Church of Statesville, NC. He has served as pastor of our church since 2003. Scott is a native of Boone, NC and is married to Hanna. They have two children, Laurel and Ben.

Terry has served First Baptist Church of Marion since 1993. Prior to coming, he served at the following churches: First Baptist Church in Taylorsville, NC as Minister of Music and Education, Westview Baptist Church in Shelby as Associate Pastor for Music and Youth, and McGill Avenue Baptist Church in Concord, NC as Minister of Music and Senior Adults. Terry is a native of Statesville, NC and is married to Betty. They have three adult children and three grandchildren.

Matt served as Minister to Children and Youth during the summers of 2007 and 2008 at Main Street Baptist Church in Emporia, Virginia.  Also, 2008 to 2011, he served as the Minister to Children and Youth at Colonial Place Christian Church in Richmond, Virginia. Matt was born in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
