The next Belize Mission Trip is scheduled for January 19-26, 2013.  A completed registration form and $100 deposit are due by November 1.  The team needs several more people to work in construction at the new Santa Elena Primary School. After a long process of development, the Diaconate approved proposed budgets for the Church and the Children’s Center last Sunday. Copies of these budgets have been mailed to the membership for consideration. The schedule for discussion and voting is as follows:

The Building Task Force, which was elected by the church to complete final plans for a new Fellowship Hall and interior renovations in the Main Building, has been meeting weekly of late. Last Sunday, David Ricketts, chairman of the Task Force, gave an update on their progress to the Deacons, stirring considerable excitement. The Task Force is now preparing to give a more detailed Progress Report to the church on Sunday, November 11 at 2:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. This presentation will not be the final one. Rather, it will give the congregation an update on the new designs and the philosophy behind them. Everyone’s input will be encouraged. Please mark the date on your calendar so that you can participate. The feedback gathered at that time will be vital towards making final recommendations to the church in early 2013. Please be in prayer for the Task Force as they represent you in these efforts. The members include:
